It was my 1st time but dozens of volunteers arrive before 5am every Saturday to distribute food and necessities to 1000+ folks in need. People in line could be your grandma battling Alzheimer's, a veteran with PTSD, or parents struggling to feed their kids during these difficult times. Please volunteer if u can (bit.ly/uplafoodbank). Big ups to the volunteers who donate their time, energy and love every week ... And to companies who donate the food and goods.
